Full Refund Available Within 30 Days for Any Reason
Customers are eligible to receive a complete refund for any reason within 30 days from the purchase date. Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, kindly reach out to our customer service team to initiate the refund procedure.
* All accompanying accessories must be included with the return
* Items must be sent back in their original packaging
* For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping
* In cases of non-quality-related warranty claims, we provide a refund solely for the product's purchase price
* Returns that fail to meet the specified conditions may be refused
Note: If you encounter an issue with a purchased item and request a return for a refund, please ensure that any accompanying gift is also returned in good condition. Should the gift not be returnable due to circumstances on the buyer's end, or if it becomes damaged or lost during the return process, the seller is still obligated to process the return for the main product. However, an amount equivalent to the gift's value may be withheld from the refund.

The buyer must supply:
clear photographs showing:
① The external package displaying the SKU label
② The external package showing the shipping waybill
③ Evidence of the product quantity discrepancy or images of the defective product.
After verification, our support staff will assist in organizing either a replacement item or a refund. Please be aware that incomplete information may prevent us from processing your replacement or refund request.
Requests for refunds under the 30-day money-back guarantee are valid only within 30 days of initiating a warranty claim. Once this 30-day period has elapsed, we cannot process refund requests for non-quality-related matters.For issues pertaining to product quality, refer to the section below.
Warranty Claims for Product Quality Issues
Our limited warranty applies solely within the country where the item was originally purchased. The warranty becomes void if the product is taken outside its original country of purchase or shipment destination from an authorized online transaction.
Replacement items carry a warranty covering the remaining period of the original defective product's warranty. Warranties are terminated once a full refund has been issued for a product.
Procedure:
The buyer must present adequate evidence of purchase
We require documentation of troubleshooting steps undertaken by the buyer
The serial number of the defective unit and/or clear visual proof illustrating the defect must be provided
It might be necessary to send the item back for a quality inspection
For defective items returned to us, the warranty on any replacement is void if an incorrect item is sent back or if the original defective item is not returned.

Please note that processing a warranty claim may require more than one form of proof of purchase (for instance, a receipt of fund transfer and confirmation of the original shipping address).
The buyer is responsible for shipping expenses under these circumstances:
Returning products for reasons other than a confirmed defect
Warranty claims for items taken outside the country of original purchase
Returns initiated accidentally by the buyer
Returning personal belongings
Returning items alleged to be defective but found to be functional upon our quality inspection
Shipping defective items via international services
Expenses related to unauthorized returns (any return conducted outside the approved warranty procedure)
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
Products lacking sufficient proof of purchase
Items that are lost or stolen
Products whose warranty period has lapsed
Issues not related to quality (occurring after 30 days from purchase)
Complimentary items
Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties
Damage resulting from external factors
Damage caused by improper product usage (including, but not limited to: drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, or incorrect device operation)
Items bought from unauthorized resellers

We are not liable for the return of personal items sent to our facilities.
When returns are made using a prepaid shipping label supplied by Kidstute.com, Kidstute.com assumes liability for any damage or loss occurring during transit. For returns based on non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss sustained during transit. Kidstute.com does not issue refunds for items damaged in transit for warranty claims unrelated to product quality.
