1. The ePacket shipping option is exclusively available for orders shipping to the United States and Australia, with a maximum weight limit of 1.8kg.

2. When selecting Regular Post Service for delivery, the package weight must not exceed 1.8kg.

3. Orders submitted on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday (the next business day). Weekend deliveries are not available.

4. Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local government upon arrival.

Any additional charges associated with customs clearance are your responsibility. We recommend contacting your local post office or customs authority to determine applicable fees.

5. Standard shipping deliveries to destinations including Malta, Ireland, Mexico, and certain other countries may experience extended transit times.
