Return and Exchange Policy

  • Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

    Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of order delivery. Items must be in unused condition, free from damage, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please note that certain categories, such as personalized items and hygiene-related products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

  • How to Initiate a Return

    To begin the return or exchange process, please reach out to our customer support team via email at service@Kidstute.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You will receive a response with detailed instructions within 3 business days.

  • Return Shipping Expenses

    In cases where the item received is defective or incorrect, we will bear the cost of return shipping. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

  • Refund Timeline

    After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used. Please note that the time required for the funds to appear in your account may differ depending on your financial institution.

  • Important Notes

    If your order arrives with damage or an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time; any revisions will be posted on this page.
